If you’re in Vancouver and you’re looking for something to do on Monday, check out this PATH from Jess Knoll.

First stop- Cafe Zen
Try to get out of bed early enough to make it for “the early bird” breakfast at Cafe Zen. This rad little joint serves up $5 breakfast before 10am.
A stand-up paddle boarder
After breaky, head down to Kits beach and find the Vancouver water adventures stand (just past the basketball courts) and grab an SUP or a kayak for a couple hours. Rentals are half price all day on Mondays. @vancouverwateradventures
Local Kitsilano
Dry off and go grab a couple of cheap beers  at The Local for their All American Mondays. This spot has an awesome view of the beach but good luck getting a seat on the patio. Yup, even on a Monday, there’s usually a waitlist. Sitting at the bar is always more fun anyway and most likely the person beside you lives around the corner. @localkits

After a couple pints head up the hill a couple blocks and go see the boys at Chewies. They have buck a shuck that starts at 5 and 1/2 off bottles of wine on Mondays. It’s always a party in this place and they always take care of us industry folk! @chewiesoysterbar
At this point you got 2 choices. You are either ready for bed or ready to go turn it up at Cords (Corduroy for you non locals). Every Monday gets fucking wild in this local watering hole. If you haven’t played RPC (Rock, Paper, Corduroy) you are missing out! This night is so popular that if you don’t make a reso, you probably won’t be able to get in. Awesome drink specials all night and kitchen is open late. @corduroyrestaurant
Fin- Call a cab.
