What is bread?

Bread magazine is Canada’s newest hospitality trade magazine. It is written BY the hospitality industry, FOR the hospitality industry. It’s written by servers, bartenders, managers, cooks, dishwashers and every part of the machine in between. And it’s distributed exclusively to industry workers; no public.

The goal of the magazine is to showcase opinions and information relevant to you, while building community for the betterment of the industry and its workers as a whole. All articles we feature and initiatives we undertake, work towards this goal.
